A 34 year old lady got arrested for killing her live in partner in Gurugram (Haryana) on Monday, May 20 by hitting his head and neck with a pan. Reason been, for boyfriend interfered in her personal life as said by the police.
The lady is identified as Neetu and her live in partner is identified as Vicky. Both the partners where in relationship for 6 years. According to the police the women planned and executed the murder in Tikri village with the help of her brother on Friday and Saturday night.
Neetu is a resident of Ashok Vihar in Gurugram. While Vicky was a 28-year-old man and used to work in a city-based Hospital for 8 years. According to the police Neetu was married but got separated from her husband and she is a mother to a 15-year-old child. Vicky was found dead in a house in Kachchi Colony late on Friday night. An FIR was registered of the murder case at Sardar police station on Saturday by Neetu’s brother alleging that Vicky was murdered by someone.
Inspector Arjun Dev, the SHO of Sadar police station took the charge of the case. Police arrested Neetu from Ghata village on Sunday. Vicky was murdered with a Cooking Pan. The SHO said, ” Vicky had started interfering quite often in Neetu’s life because of which she wanted to get rid of him. The accused, Neetu revealed that on the intervening night of Friday and Saturday, she and her brother reached Vicky’s room. Her brother and Vicky consumed alcohol and later a brawl broke out between the. Meanwhile, Neetu attacked Vicky on his neck and head with a pan and Vicky died”. The SHO also added, ” After committing the crime, she ran away with the mobile of the deceased to mislead the police, but we arrested her. We are questioning her and are conducting raids to nab brother”.
The police is searching for Neetu’s brother who had escaped. The Inspector also added that during the custody Vicky’s mobile phone was recovered from Neetu. The investigation is still in process.
