Arijit Singh and his wife Koyal Roy were seen on a scooty in his hometown Murshidabad District of West Bengal. They went to cast their vote for the 3rd Phase of General Parliament Election 2024 on 07th May 2024.
Arijit was seen in very casual attire, he belonged to a small town named Jiaganj. He is known for his voice filled with soul touching rhythm. Arijit Singh attended Raja Vijay Singh High school. He has also received his bachelor degree.
He has proven his capability in India and Internationally with hit songs like ‘Phir Mohabbat Karne’ from the film ‘Murder 2’, “Dua” for Vishal Shekhar in the film “Shanghai” and many more. His career was at its peak when he sang many songs like “tum hi ho” for the film “Ashiqui 2”, ‘Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani’s Balam Pichkari. His works cannot be explained through words. He is honoured with around 23 awards of different events but he hardly attends it. Arijit collaborated with prominent music directors like Sajid-Wajid and AR Rahman in 2014.

Arijit’s family members also have a keen interest in music, his – grandmother, mother and sister are into singing. He began his career on the advice of Rajendra Prasad Hazari in 2005. He was his guru. His voice soothes the audience’s ears. He is among the top-rated singers in India
