It’s the time when we often come across people draining random brutes and shooing them down with atrocity, there’s comes a post from Mumbai that revives our faith in humanity and care. It comes from the prestigious Taj Mahal Hotel located in South Bombay which shows a photo of a random stray dog peacefully taking a nap at the entrance of the five-star Taj hotel. The picture captured the canine friend left untroubled, accommodating itself in a space to rest on a light-up day rather than bothering about how its presence would allegedly affect the lavish stay’s air.”

An HR professional named Dr Rubi Khan (Phd) uploaded a LinkedIn Post during her stay at the Taj Hotel and spotted a random dog peacefully resting there. Describing the incident she writes, “During my stay, as I started my day, I noticed a living being sleeping peacefully in the same spot, seemingly carefree”. Out of curiosity, she went further to the hotel staff about letting the random canine inside the demesne of the luxurious hotel and surprisingly learned that he had been a part of the hotel since birth.
“There are strict instructions from Ratan Tata to treat these animals well if they enter the premises,” Khan was informed.

She was pleased by the response she received from the staff as they informed her about Mr. Ratan Tata’s instructions. Sharing the photograph of the furry friend resting at the entrance of the hotel, she posted,” The entrance of such a prestigious establishment holds significant importance, and there he was, peacefully sleeping, perhaps unnoticed by many of the guests. Amidst the chaos, he owns the place, finding his sanctuary.”
Her post has gone viral through the internet. Praise and admiration for Ratan Tata follows on for his kind consideration towards brutes.
Khan wrote further, It’s a fine balance of head and heart, being authentic, and not worrying about what others might think as they enter this esteemed property…You can be the most successful entrepreneur, but that should never stop you from respecting and embracing everyone. It’s about believing in oneself and living that belief every day. This also brought to mind the debate on adopting versus buying pets. What this scenario taught me is that it’s a personal choice, and one should not be judged for it. Ultimately, it’s about doing what you believe in and contributing towards the cause”, Khan wrote while reflecting on the great values of Tata.
