Ranbir Kapoor continues hustling for his upcoming movie “Ramayana” directed by Nitesh Tiwari. Ranbir will be seen as Lord Ram and Sai Pallavi in the role of Sita, Sunny Deol as Lord Hanuman, and Yash as Ravana. The official trailer has been released. Director Nitesh Tiwari has announced the anticipated date targeting Diwali 2025. The film is being produced by Madhu Mantena, Allu Arvind, and Namit Malhotra.

While shooting, the movie has faced challenges related to leaked photos and videos. While shooting they had – no phone policy. The film’s budget is around 500 crores. Ramayana will be made in three parts starting from the birth of Lord Ram depicting his youth, his marriage with Lord Sita and Lord Sita getting captured, and finally the rescue of Lord Sita.
The shooting started in 2024, Music of the “Ramayana” is being composed by AR Rahaman. Sheeba Chaddha will be seen playing the role of “Manthera” and Lara Dutta in the role of “Kaikeyi”.
The challenge is tough for Ranbir Kapoor because he has a pre-decided picture in the audience’s mind after his film “Animal”, and “Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar”.
