With over 35% booking of total saleable area, Kolkata’s first ever business park has received favorable response. Intellia Business Park is a joint venture among three real estate companies- Srijan Realty, Signum Group and PS Group.
Expected to be completed by June 2027, aims to provide a space appropriate to foster an environment for business, networking as well as relaxation. It will have an office space of approximately seven lakh square feet along with a 70,000 square feet business club. The total cost of this project is estimated to be around 350 Crore.

The Business Club, “The Quarters” is the best part of the business park, which will be designed to provide a fusion of business and leisure amenities. Shyam Sundar Agrawal, the Chairman and Managing director of Srijan Realty states that the Intellia Business Park aims to deliver world-class business infrastructure to Kolkata.

He said that the business club would have 34 guest rooms and three banquets. Agrawal added, “The business club is a new craze. We want to cater to this.” While talking to business line, the director of Srijan Realty, Kesav Agrawal said that the construction of the Project has already begun. In the total saleable area of around 7 lakh square feet, about 2.5 lakh square feet has been sold by now.
Agrawal further said, “Our target is to complete the project in the next three to three and a half year.
