This is a very nice chicken recipe that is both tasty and healthy.
One kilogram of chicken breast would contain approximately 310 grammes of protein.
However, on average, 1 kg of curd contains approximately 80–100 grammes of protein. It’s important to note that curd is also a rich source of other nutrients, such as calcium, vitamin D, and probiotics, which can have numerous health benefits. We all also know how good cashew nuts and almonds are for our bodies.
We cannot think of any recipes without oil.

But today we will show you how to make an oil-free chicken recipe healthily.
Let’s start with the ingredients:
Chicken with bone -1kg
Hung curd- 1/2 cup
Ginger garlic paste – 1 and 1/2 tbsp
Garam masala- 1/2 tsp
Onion-2 medium-sized
Black pepper powder- 1 Tbsp
Almond-10
Cashews – 1 Tbsp
Salt – As per taste
Kasutri methi – 1 Tbsp
Directions to cook:
1) First, marinate the chicken -Marinate the chicken with Hung curd, Ginger garlic paste, Black pepper powder and salt (as per taste).
Keep the marination aside for a minimum of 20–30 minutes.
2) Heat the pan, then finely chop the onions and add them to the hot pan. No need to put any oil before that in the pan .
Please make sure that the flame of the gas is low to medium.
3) After the onions have become slightly soft, pour the chicken into the pan.
4) Then we will boil the chicken on a low to medium flame. Do not add any water or oil . Cover the pan and boil well .
5) While cooking on a low to medium flame, the chicken itself will release some water from its body.
6) We have to make a light paste of cashews and almonds in the mixer. And then, after the chicken is cooked, please pour in the paste.
7) Then, after letting the chicken stand for a while, we will add kasuri methi.
